Hedonisia Hawaii Sustainable Community Rainforest Retreat
Sustainable Community Manager Apprenticeship
Have you ever dreamed of one day starting a small community of your own?
Then you might be interested in the Hedonisia Manager Apprenticeship where you learn by actually living in and managing a community of travelers and volunteers in Hawaii.
A Manager at Hedonisia has responsibility but relatively few hours of actual work per day (3 - 4 hours). The biggest job duty is simply being on the property to deal with issues as they arise.
So this position is perfect for artists, writers, computer workers, telecommuters or musicians who will have ample time and space to do their own work on the property whilst managing the community!
You will not get rich as a Hedonisia Manager but we offer a great educational opportunity in managing a small ecotourist intentional community in Hawaii!
Moving to Hawaii: For those who wish to buy land in Hawaii or have plans to move to Hawaii, being a Sustainable Community Manager allows you to take your time and really choose the right property without having to rush into making an unsuitable purchase. Buying your dream piece of land should be in Hawai'ian time!
Last but not least, living in an established small community is an excellent way to settle in, make kama'aina connections and friends and feel at home on beautiful Hawai'i island!
We offer the following volunteer and paid Sustainable Community Managment positions at Hedonisia Hawaii:
A - Bookings & Hospitality Manager
(Ideal for those with computer and people skills. This position has a small stipend and commission)
B - Volunteer & Landscaping Manager
(This is Assistant Manager position is ideal for those with Practical, Land and People skills.)
