  6. Wood Carver - We have scavenged a number of old growth Ohia logs on the property. These native Hawaiian hardwood trees are perfect for carving. Our intention is to have different artists, capable of carving totem poles, work with the magnificent, upright logs we have used as pillars in various structures.

  15. Landscaping & Maintenance - Our land is very unique. Though only 3.72 acres in size, we have a hill, a crater, thick jungle zones, flat land on two levels and cliffs and hilly slopes throughout the property. As well we need the crater fully explored so we can construct a natural ecological swimming pool.
  18. Professional Tree Cutter - We have a number of giant Albizia trees on the property which are over 100 feet high. These are invasive trees that crowd out other native trees on the property. They need to be felled in such a way as not to threaten the Main House or any other structures on the property.
