Our Barn is a just to the rear of the main house and it is where we offer Indoor Tent space accommodation for most of our Budget Vacationers and Guest Workers.

We prefer tent space accommodations to dormitory style for added protection against mosquitos and greater privacy. Also, being indoors is greater shelter from the 80-110 inches of rain we receive living on the windward side!

The Barn offers two different kinds of accommodation: Barn Tents which are perfect for single travelers. And the King Size Canopy bed. See photos below.

This is the King Size Canopy Bed which is a 19th century bedframe draped for privacy located in the Barn. Suitable for couples or for tall people who really like a King Size Bed!	This is one of the Barn Tent Spaces with a guest named Angel. We have three Barn Tent Spaces which are ideal for single travelers.

The indoor tent accommodations can be described as dormitory style with the tent space for privacy. We provide Full Bedding for all Barn Tents as well as the King Size Canopy.

Outdoor showers, compost toilet, shared kitchen and DSL Internet access are all available in the Barn so this is definitely NOT "roughing it"! The Standard Rate for indoor camping with bedding and tent provided is: $20 per night for both guests or Volunteers.

However, we offer a number of discount programs for those who stay longer or who pay in advance. We also offer covered camping at around the property. This is ideal for those who wish to be more in nature and for those who wish to enjoy more privacy.
