The lower Puna region of Hawaii has a number of unnofficial nudist spots. Basically anywhere that's private along our long rocky coastline!
However, the main clothing optional beach is called Kehena Black Sands Beach. It is also located a short drive away from Hedonisia Hawaii along the scenic Pohoiki and Red Road.
Every Sunday Kehena Beach has naked drumming. Very popular with the hippie, Gay and New Age set.
Though we are not an official nudist resort, Hedonisia has one Clothing Optional lodging on the property for those who like having an all round tan!
