RESERVATION INFORMATION
For Guests, Apprentice Managers, Volunteers & Interns

- You can reserve by telephone. Just call: 808-430-2545 or 808-269-2825.
- Once you have received a price quote for your reservation either by email or telephone you may pay for your reservation.
- Once Reservation payment is received you will get a confirmation by e-mail.
- When Reservation Payment is received the Price Rate is fixed for that period. Thus pre-paid guests do not have to worry about any price increases that may occur before they arrive.
- All lodgings DO NOT include 13.42% Hawaiian State tax. ( 9.25% Hawaiian Transit Accommodation Tax + 4.17% General Excise Tax.)
- Hedonisia Hawaii is small; only 10 spaces on 3.72 acres of land so space is limited. As a result we can be fully booked rather quickly. So we suggest that Guests or Volunteers make their reservations as soon as they are sure of their travel dates.

Hedonisia Termination of Stay Policy:
Please note that if a Visitor, Apprentice Manager, Workshop Participant, Guest or Volunteer engages in a serious violation of any of the following Hedonisia Hawaii Guidelines then they will be asked to leave and NO refund will be issued.
Our aim is to have a relaxed, laid back and friendly establishment. We offer very affordable rates to stay here. However, Hedonisia LLC reserves the right to terminate the stay of a Visitor, Apprentice Manager, Workshop Participant, Guest or Volunteer immediately based on a serious violation of any of the following criteria:
- Loud or socially disruptive behavior that is detrimental to the smooth functioning of the community. This is especially true for the Barn as this is a communal space. Hedonisia has quiet hours. 10:30pm (Sunday – Thursday) and 11:30pm (Friday and Saturday). Please respect them.
- Incomplete fulfillment of Volunteer obligations or difficulty working with Volunteer.
- Failure to follow good kitchen hygiene for shared kitchen, bathroom and shower spaces. i.e. "Clean up as you go".
- Inconsiderate use of DVD Player or Computer or any other entertainment device especially in the Barn.
- ALCOHOL USE - The Hedonisia definition of drunkenness is: "Any behavior whilst under the influence of alcohol that causes another Guest or Volunteer to feel uncomfortable". We allow the drinking of alcohol but not drunkenness.
- We have no problem with people meeting and dating on the property (hence the name Hedonisia!). In fact, many romances have started here in our little jungle Paradise! However, we do not allow any behaviours or comments that cause any woman or man to feel uncomfortable. Please see the Hedonisia Sexual Harrassment and Dating Guidelines.
Guest & Volunteer Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation before you arrive please click here for your Hedonisia Guest & Visitor Cancellation Form. You must print and fill in this form and send in by normal Post with your signature.Apprentice Manager Cancellation Policy:
- If for any reason you either decide to leave or are asked to leave after 7 nights stay then no refund will be given.
- If you decide to leave before 7 nights then you will be refunded 50% of your Apprentice Manager Fee.
- If you are asked to leave due to violation of any of the Hedonisia Community Guidelines then NO refunds are given.
Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
All Managers, Workshop Interns, Guests, Visitors & Volunteers agree to abide by the Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
Cancellation of Eco-Pickup Service
We understand that sometimes plans can change and you don't need a pickup. You might have decided to rent a car or someone is driving you in. A taxi ride to Hedonisia from Hilo would cost over $60. We charge a lower rate because we arrange with our drivers, who don't always live on the property, in advance. That way they can make the drive to Hilo and also do a few personal chores before picking you up. This is why it is an "eco" driving service because it is more gas efficient to go to town this way!
With the above in mind, if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice then you will be refunded minus a $7 credit card processing fee. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice then unfortunately we cannot refund you because the driver has already been booked and they have made plans.
CHANGING DATES or ACCOMMODATION
If you wish to change your arrival and/or departure dates or lodgings at Hedonisia Hawaii please note that there is a $10 processing fee. In addition, we are only able to change dates or lodgings based upon availability. So we recommend that you book your reservation as soon as you have booked your plane ticket.
Additional SERVICES
- Hedonisia Hawaii is 28 miles away from the Airport. For visitors who are not renting a car, we offer a Pick up service from Hilo Airport for $25.- Flat Rate. For late night or early morning pickups there is an extra $5 surcharge.
- From Kona Airport the pickup fee is $75 with at least one week notice. $95 for night or early morning pickups.
- We offer a Flat Rate Wireless Internet Access for $10 for the entire time of your stay!
- Guests and Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation. However, we offer a Driving Service. Please make reservations in advance.
