Home or Room Exchange with Hedonisia Hawaii!
Mojo the proprietor of Hedonsia and his girlfriend Linda love living in paradise but also love to travel!
Aside from managing Hedonisia we write and research for our other web projects and so we love to get away and work in beautiful places.
However, like most travelers, we try to do so on a budget!
And so we offer the possibility to have a Home Exchange with Hedonisia Hawaii. Because we have a number of lodgings in our community we are flexible in the exchanges we can offer:
- Full Apartment or House Exchange: We can offer the Jungle Cottage and our Hilo Condo in exhange for a fully private residence.
- Private Room Exchange:If you can offer a private room then you can exchange for a similar amount of time at one of the following Hedonisia Lodgings: Bamboo Hut, Avocado Tent, Ocean View, Guava Hut, Jungle Hideaway, Aloha Bus, Ohi'a Camper or Ohana Kahuna. The lodging you get at Hedonisia would be dependent on the facilities of the room you offer in exchange and must be suitable for a couple.
The Hedonisia Home Exchange Program is offered under the following conditions:
1) We must visit the Exchangee's home simultaneously or before they arrive at Hedonisia.
2) We do NOT offer car exchanges. We don't really like driving. We recommend that exchangees have a budget for a rental car in Hawaii because then they will be able to truly appreciate it's hidden delights. However, we can do Bicycle Exchanges with our Hilo Studio Condo exchange.
2) Exchangees must live in one of the following countries which we have plans to visit. Bold is the country we are visiting this year. Beside each place is the estimated year when we want to visit that country.
3) Exchangees who would like to come to Hawaii for a longer term are welcome to apply for our Apprentice Manager program. This would allow you to gain an valuable education in sustainable community management as well as a very small stipend for living expenses in addition to the home exchange!
